Woodland Estate is nestled on the shores of Lake Seymour in Campbellford, just 45 minutes from Peterborough and 90 minutes from the GTA. With great fishing, an outdoor heated saltwater pool, boat rentals, playground and kid’s activities, we have something for everyone! Resort Cottages accommodate up to 6 people comfortably and offer a spacious deck perfect for enjoying the amazing water views.
Events & Activities
Low Season: May 1 to June 28 and September 3 to October 15. Nightly and weekly reservations available, as well our Mini Break Packages. Minimum 2 night stay on May 18 and October 5 weekend.
High Season: June 29 to September 2. Mini Break and Weekly reservations accepted.
Mini Break: A Mini Break Package is a convenient cost saving vacation available arriving Monday leaving Friday or arriving Friday leaving Monday.
All rates include 2 adults and up to 4 children. Additional adults pay $15 per person per night for a maximum 4 adults per reservation. The maximum occupancy per cottage is 6 people including all adults and children.

Take Hwy 401 to Hwy 30/Exit 509 (Brighton/Campbellford exit).
North on Hwy 30 to the stoplight in Campbellford.
Go straight through the light onto Queen St. which becomes Hwy 50.
Follow 10 minutes North until you see our Woodland Estate sign on the left.

Frequently Asked Questions

What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 3pm or as cottages come available, until 8pm. If you are planning on arriving after 8pm, please be sure to notify us. You are welcome to enjoy the resort for the entire day of your arrival. Just come by the Welcome Center to let us know you have arrived.

What time is check-out?
Check-out is 11am. As our guest, you are welcome to enjoy the resort for the entire day of your departure. Just come by the Welcome Center to return your cottage keys. Be sure to ask about our special re-booking rates before you leave!

What amenities will be in the cottage?
All accommodations have a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster as well as a TV and DVD player. All dishes and utensils are provided as well as pillows and blankets.

What do we need to pack?
You will need to bring sheets and pillow cases for the beds, bath, beach and kitchen towels, dish soap and sponge, and your toiletries.

What is your pet policy?
Our resorts are pet friendly however only certain Resort Cottages allow pets for reservations. Please be sure to notify us if you are travelling with a pet. An additional fee of $75 will be added to your reservation. Aggressive pets are not welcome.

What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations can be rescheduled within the same year at no charge as long as you give us 14 days notice. Cancellations are subject to a $50 administration fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, a $100 administration fee applies. No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of your arrival.
